Cancelations:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a fee. Cancellations made the day of for any reason are responsible for the entire service fee. Cancelations occurring after the 48 hour window but before the appointment will incur a charge of $75. Payment can be made via Venmo, which will be communicated upon cancellation. Your understanding of these policies is greatly appreciated, as last-minute cancellations significantly impact my small business
Arriving Late:
If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and you are responsible for the service fee. If you are late more than 2 times you will not be able to reschedule.
No Refunds:
I have a no refund policy for any services received. If there was an error on my part with a service, you can come back in for a fix at no charge for the service you just received. This free fix is not transferable to a different service, and needs to occur within 2 weeks of your last service.
Any discounts given for services are only meant for that service and are not transferable to other services, also they need to occur 2 weeks after your service or the discount will not be honored.
