Cancelations:

To avoid a cancelation fee please cancel 48 hours before your appointment. After 48 hours a 50% of your service fee will be charged. If you cancel on the day of your appointment or are a no show you will be charged 100% of your service fee. Please be mindful when booking appointments, I really appreciate your understanding of my time I am setting aside for you for your service.

If you are a no show but would like to schedule again. You will have to prepay for your appointment via Venmo.

Arriving Late:

If you are more then 15 min late your appointment will need to be rescheduled. If you are late more than 2 times you will not be able to reschedule.

No Refunds:

I have a no refund policy for any services received. If there was an error on my part with a service, you can come back in for a fix at no charge. This fix needs to occur within 2 weeks of your last service. If you do not come in within the 2 week period then the free fix will not be honored. Any discounts given  for services needing to be fixed are only meant to fix that service and are not transferable to other services, also they need to occur 2 weeks after your service or the discount will not be honored.
